| Description | The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Asian Micro Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's 100%-owned subsidiary, Asian Micro (S) Pte Ltd ("AMS"), has on 17 April 2014 been served with an originating summons ("Originating Summons") issued by the High Court of The Republic of Singapore, taken out by the solicitors of HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited ("HSBC"), a creditor of AMS, in relation to a sum owing to HSBC. In the Originating Summons, HSBC has applied for a winding up order to be made against AMS and the appointment of a liquidator for AMS (the "Application"). The Application is scheduled to be heard before the High Court of the Republic of Singapore on 9 May 2014. The Company and AMS are currently seeking legal advice in respect of the Application. The Company will make further announcements as appropriate in due course and on any other material developments as and when necessary.
