Emphasis Of Matter By Auditors On Financial Statements

In compliance with Rule 704(5) of the Listing Manual, the Board of Directors of Asian Micro Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the Auditor's Report to be included in the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2009.

A copy of the annoucement is attached. The Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2009 of the Company that contained the Auditors' Report will be despatched to shareholders and to the Singapore Exchange Ltd on 13 October 2009.
